Survey: Post-Holiday Shopping

In a new survey from WalletHub, over half (64%) of Americans thing 2026 is going to be a better year for their finances, despite their belief that inflation affected their holiday spending more than they hoped for this year. In fact, 48% of Americans felt that they overspent during the 2025 holiday season, but three in five are planning to now follow a strict budget in the new year.
